Providing athletes with a balanced training system comprised of the very best advancements in human performance, movement, fitness assessment and hybrid strength and conditioning methods available, giving athletes a competitive advantage at every level.
B3 Athletics programs and personal training help athletes of all levels create greater acceleration, speed, dynamic balance, agility, coordination and explosive power through increased strength and endurance. Our goal is to propel athletes from the bench to the field, from freshman to varsity squads, from high school to college and from college to the pros.

Summer Elite Performance Training
Register now for B3’s all inclusive Summer Elite Performance training and take your game to a whole new level. If you are an elite Midget, Junior or College level player and want to be pushed to your physical limits then this program is for you! Many players that have completed this program have gone on to become top level N.H.L. players. Players will receive the following: skate treadmill training, explosive Olympic lifting, private sport vision training, sport nutrition, mental training, indoor sprint track training, puck shooting gallery sessions, group spin classes, and access to top level training equipment. Training session are 1.5 hours Monday through Friday.
Why Training Your Eyesight Can Help You Perform Better
Body by Bennett and Karen Muncey have teamed up to provide athletes with a way to enhance your eyesight so you can become faster and make better decisions. For more than 30 years Karen Muncey (dynamic vision expert) testing and training athletes to improve a wide range of important dynamic vision skills. Most of her time and research has been spent working with Glen Sather General manager of the New York Rangers and during his days with the Edmonton Oilers. “Power of Three” Spring and Summer Training
Coaches, Parents, and Players get the jump on the competition by registering in B3’s “Power of Three” youth athletic training program.
