Spring Hockey Programs

Ready Set Go Spring training in B3’s new 9000sq. ft. training facility

You have had some time off and now is the best time to start getting ready for next year. B3 has constructed for the Peewee and Bantam player the ultimate 12 week periodized training experience. Getting “ready” is phase 1: it begins first week in April and runs 3 times per week for four weeks. Players will be developing a foundation of strength and movement. Get “Set” with phase 2: This begins first week in May consisting of three one hour training sessions per week for 4 weeks. Players will focus on building fitness and athleticism. The “Go” phase is the 3rd phase: offered the first week in June consisting of 3 one hour session per week for 4 weeks. This is the most critical of the 3 phases as we introduce more advanced hockey specific training methods to build greater strength, quickness and agility. Come and challenge your abilities and enjoy the training in our brand new state of the art Athletic training facility.

Spring Team training

This is an ideal program for coaches with spring and summer tournaments on the near horizon and looking to get an edge over the competition. B3’s spring hockey conditioning program is designed for players to make physical gains in speed, strength, reaction, agility, anaerobic conditioning, and stride power during the spring. Players will train these physical parameters utilizing B3’s world famous reactive movement ability training system. Teams will perform two 75 minute workouts two times per week for 8 weeks starting first week in March. This program is available to teams with 8 or more players. Capitalize on this critical time by training at B3’s new 9000sq. ft. athletic training.

8 WEEK ALL-IN-ONE SKATE/STRENGTH PROGRAM

The 8 week all in one skate and strength program is available to atom, peewee and Bantam level players who are available to train for 75 minutes one time per week for 8 weeks. This program consists of skate treadmill training and B3’s proprietary reactive movement ability training methods. This is a great program for the time sensitive athlete.
