West End Studio
B3West is our primary Sport Performance Facility. This place was designed with athletes in mind. Lots of space and lots of equipment make this the perfect place to focus on your own workout, or to put in time with the whole team. We have two bay doors, one in the gym area and one in the skate treadmill room that open to the outdoors in the summertime. This is where that off-season magic happens.
Facility Notes
We are located in a block of businesses accross from the Infiniti dealership on 111 Avenue. There is ample parking in front of the building.
We ask that you please remove all wet or dirty footwear at the front door.

Downtown Studio
While not our main athletics facility, the downtown location is well equipped for athletic personal training. The B3 Downtown Studio is located in the LeMarchand Mansion, at the top of a gruelling set of river valley stairs. With floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick and concrete, and various nooks and crannies for more private work, this is the kind of gym you want to be in. Its more personal than your average "health facility", and fully equipped to handle any challenge you're willing to tackle. And on a nice day, trainers love to make use of the jewel of Edmonton - the river valley.
Facility Notes
Parking is available in the lot behind the LeMarchand Mansion, and a metered parking lot is located directly beside the building.
The B3 entrance is at the back of the building, just to the left of the windows.
Towel service and lockers are provided, as well as hair dryers, and some toiletries.
We ask that you please remove all wet or dirty footware at the front door.
