Any ice-sport athlete knows that skating is the backbone of good performance. The skate treadmill is the only training tool that has demonstrated as much as a 30% improvement in skating skills. Your group of four meets once a week for a 55 minute session. This program lasts 8 stride-changing weeks.
Skate training and our Dryland Performance program combined into one tough session. This 8-week program meets once a week for a 40 minute skate and 40 minute dryland workout.
The off-season is when skate mechanics can be vastly improved. Your group of four (or more) meets twice a week for 55 minute sessions. New sessions start in May, and run every four weeks until August 2010.
